Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Policy All appointments are by reservation only to maintain the personalized experience we provide. We encourage clients to book in advance to secure their desired time slot. 2. Late Arrival Policy We ask that clients arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow for a calm, unhurried start. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s scheduled time. 0-15 minutes late: Full session time (if possible) 15-30 minutes late: Session time may be adjusted without a reduction in fees Over 30 minutes late: Appointment will be considered a no-show and cancellation fees may apply 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens! To accommodate others, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-show: Deposit will be forfeited. 4. Refund Policy Our services are customized to each individual, and because of this, we do not offer refunds on completed services. We do, however, strive for satisfaction and will work with clients to address any concerns. 5. Health and Wellness Policy Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent injuries, or allergies prior to your session. Our therapists can adjust the service for your comfort and safety. Soulful Touch Therapy reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if health issues might interfere with a safe and beneficial session. 6. Gift Card and Package Policy All gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be used by the expiration date indicated and are subject to appointment availability. 7. Privacy and Confidentiality We respect our clients’ privacy and ensure that all personal information and session details are kept confidential. Your trust and comfort are our priority. 8. COVID-19 Policy In light of health and safety, we maintain sanitation protocols, including disinfecting all areas and equipment between sessions. If you feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms, we ask that you reschedule without penalty. Your wellness and safety are of utmost importance. 9. Code of Conduct Soulful Touch Therapy is a sacred, respectful space. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment
